What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Because most of our products are handmade and personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly help resolve the issue.
Are any purchases final sale?

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
When will I get my order?

All of our products are handmade to order, so please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders within Canada typically arrive within 3–8 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are designed and carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. Some materials and components may be sourced from trusted global suppliers, but every item is assembled and prepared with care to ensure quality and uniqueness.
How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $35 within Canada.

For orders below $35, we charge a flat standard shipping fee of $15 across Canada.
